Ryan Baker came to us in March 2026 with a suspended profile and an appeal Google had already rejected. We built and verified a new profile in his name, launched bakerlandscaping-ut.com, cleaned up his directory listings and started a weekly posting cadence. Monthly profile views climbed every month: 16 in March, 82 in April, 195 in July, 351 in September. His internal visibility score went from 43 to 80 over the same stretch. Calls from the profile went from one in March to roughly ten a month and have held there, which is the honest ceiling for a one-crew landscaper in a town of 2,500.

Where they wereNo Google Business Profile. No reviews. No site ranking for anything.
Where they are59 five-star Google reviews, all answered. Top-two Google positions for "IV hydration near me" and "energy IV near me".
Reviews 0 → 59, all five stars, in four months.
The profile was submitted live on her first strategy call in June 2026. We built hopandglow.com, verified the profile, expanded the service area to nine cities in August and ran the review system from day one. Reviews landed at 15 in July, 26 in August, 14 in September. Her visibility score moved from 29 to 82. This is a reputation-from-zero story, not a traffic story: the profile still draws around a hundred views a month, and we say so.

Where they wereHundreds of Meta leads a month sitting in Messenger with no text follow-up. Paper consent forms. Missed calls went nowhere. Site averaging position 14 on Google.
Where they are397 leads handed to artists, 2,967 follow-up texts sent, 124 consent forms signed on a phone, 96 inbound calls answered by the new line. Site at position 10 in September, under 6 in early October.
Google clicks up 15% while the site moved from position 14 to 10.
Four weeks is too early for a before-and-after on Google, so we won't claim one: both profiles had years of history before us and September was flat. What changed is the system. Every lead from Meta, the website, the phone and the front desk now lands in one place, gets texted within minutes and is handed to an artist by rotation. Consent and health forms are digital, deposits are collected before the chair is booked, and the receptionist line books consults when nobody can pick up. We'll publish the three-month Google numbers in December, whatever they say.
